What is it about?
TABLES is an invitation to rethink and reimagine how conditions are put in place to shape meaningful businesses and organisational formats.
We hope these might help to better understand the evolving capabilities sought after today to get things unstuck in ever-changing situations and how we might make them happen.
Rooted in principles of shared responsibility, we aim to pilot an experimental model where people can collectively contribute, distribute decision-making, and shape mutually beneficial value mechanisms through community-owned models that go beyond current ways of working and mainstream models.
How does it work?
TABLES are shaped into self-managed supportive structures of nine to twelve people crossing disciplinary and sectorial boundaries to knit links.
The itinerary is a very light set up that follows a monthly rhythm of both in-person and remote routines. Every routine takes +/- 2 hours to complete and requires no preparation.
Through talks, experiences, expressions, dialogues, and exercises, we imagine what it means — and requires — to shape new conditions, individually and collectively, to steer our current situations.
Participants are invited to bring their own organisational situations to discover new approaches and perspectives to tackle the dynamics of the cultures, structures, and practices which frame their realities.
When finding gaps/unknowns, we cannot approach with the expertise at the table; we will invite relevant figures across the globe to share what they have learned.

What to expect?
Conversations, not lectures: Engage in peer-to-peer support, open dialogues, and shared learning with experts and non-experts that broaden our understanding.
Co-created ownership: The group collectively decides themes, actions to be taken, uses of resources and leverages of the network.
A warm environment where no conversation will be recorded.
TABLES are not meant for profit but to acquire the necessary wisdom to shift our current conditions and formalise alternative courses of action.
